Full Exhaust System

• This is a hybrid of a race system and road exhaust, allows you to ditch the cumbersome Exup valve and servo.

• A common fault on the R1 is corrosion of the Exup valve, resulting in blowing headers (MOT failure) and broken control cables from the valve seizing shut. Causing power loss and/or that annoying rattle from the valve. Our headers do away with the whole Exup housing and troublesome valve. Basically its a set of race headers that allow you to use your standard silencer.

• No re-jetting or modification needed, as long as your bike is set up as standard.

• Silencer mounting strap, clamp and gaskets included.

• Header/Down pipe Material : 304 Grade Stainless Steel
