Next Working Day Delivery to the UK is offered free of charge. UK delivery costs and product prices will include UK VAT.

Please note that it is not a guaranteed service: whilst the overwhelming majority (over 99%) of parcels will arrive to these schedules, there may be problems outside of our control that prevents it arriving. The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Black Widow Exhausts accept no responsibility for any costs involved when collecting parcels from couriers.

Please note delivery to the following can take longer:
2-day courier deliveries to Northern Ireland.
2-3 days to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scillies, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man.

Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch of your order via email or mobile phone. DPD Local offer a Predict Service which emails/texts you a one-hour delivery window and an option to collect your parcel from 2,500 DPD Pickup Shops throughout the UK. Please see the dpdlocal.co.uk website for more details. As items require a signature on delivery please ensure you provide us with an address it can be signed for.

EU & Worldwide Delivery

For Countries outside of the UK, UK VAT (sales TAX) is not applicable and will not be charged at the shopping cart once you have selected your delivery country.

Delivery costs outside of the United Kingdom are shown in the shopping cart when you have selected the country you reside in. Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of the packaged product so will vary from product to product.

If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, including from EU Countries, import duties and taxes will be due once your Goods reach their destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with the shipping company website details and tracking number. The shipping company will contact you directly to advise you of customs import taxes due and how to pay them, prior to them releasing your goods for delivery. So please ensure your order has the correct email address and telephone number.

Black Widow Exhausts Ltd are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.

As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Black Widow Exhausts Ltd cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free from signs of tampering.
