Fits: HONDA CBR1100 BLACKBIRD all carburettor and fuel injected models 1997-2007

  • The Honda Blackbird was introduced in 1997 to be the fastest sports bike in it's class, we have followed this concept with our all new performance headers.
  • Designed in 2019 to bring your Blackbird up to date with modern performance systems.
  • Improved throttle response and performance. Streamlined interiors for increased gas flow and reduced internal turbulence.
  • TIG welded by hand for smooth internal welds, optimal internal gas flow and power gains. No internal restrictions.
  • Accepts original O2 Lambda sensor for fuel injected models.
  • Blanking bolt provided for earlier non injection carburettor models
  • Compatible with original Honda silencers or any fitted to your standard down pipes.
  • Performance specification 304 grade stainless steel. Front pipes use 36mm internal diameter pipework.
  • Ultra Light, These weigh in at a feather weight 3.4kg/7.5lbs making these the lightest stainless steel headers ever made.
  • Modular spring fit design for easy fitment and replacement of individual pipes.
  • No re-jetting or modifications required.
  • Race Performance upgrades, Lambda sensor boss accepts 18mm O2 sensors, use our thread adapter to fit the OEM original Honda sensor, use our blanking bolt for the earlier models with no sensor. For a sensor bypass our blanking bolt can also be used. We have covered every option possible. (We would recommend a professional set up any system that uses a race sensor or bypass option).
  • We make the complete Blackbird exhaust system with over 20 styles of silencers, our silencers also fit the original headers making our Blackbird exhausts fully OEM compatible. (See our shop for the vast range of exhausts we make)
  • Includes all required gaskets, 4 x engine port gaskets, 2 x silencer gaskets, anti vibration rubber coated Springs and new silencer clamps.

nice

it fits perfectly just read the instructions on the manual and its very easy to install everything required is provided with the down pipes for installation except you may need a tool to pull the small springs that hold the down pipes together
